I grew up in Wartburg (KZN) and matriculated from the Deutsche Schule Hermannsburg in 2009.

Expertise and Qualifications:

I graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2013 with a BMus(Hons) Degree in Organ Performance under Prof. Wim Viljoen. During my time in Pretoria I completed my final examinations for UNISA in piano (2011) and organ (2013), receiving an Honour Roll for organ. In 2013 I was awarded the undergraduate SAKOV bursary.

One of my highlights was the 2500 pipe Fehrle organ from Viljoenskroon, which was rebuilt in Wartburg. I was the advisor of this project and is currently the Curator of this organ, which is also one of the biggest church organs in KZN.

I have played on various outstanding organs including the Sauer organ of the Berlin Dom, the Goll organ in Beckenried, Switzerland and the “Porsche” organ of the St Nicholas Church in Leipzig. In October 2016 I toured Switzerland and Germany and gave 8 recitals. The highlight of this trip was playing the biggest organ in Switzerland, which currently stands in Engelberg.

2016 I completed a diploma in Church Music at the Hochschule fur Kirchenmusik in Heidelberg, Germany. I was also appointed organist of the Erloserkirche and Johanneskirche in Ludwigshafen, Germany.

On my return from Germany in 2016 I was appointed organist at Lynnwood Gemeente in Pretoria. I currently also teach music at St. Alban’s College. I joined Harcourts Capital in October 2016 as a Real Estate Agent and I am also a Professional Property Investor working closely with his coach/mentor Michelle Ninkovic.
