Thinus Prinsloo

My name is Thinus Prinsloo. I was born in East London and I have been living in Pretoria since 1988. I have witnessed how the administrative capital of South Africa has grown to the beautiful and bountiful city it is today.

I have obtained a Diploma in Logistics Management (previously known as “Purchasing Management”) at the University of South Africa, and the Advanced Management Development Programme at the University of Pretoria. I also have extensive knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and therefore know that every cent counts and accountability is of upmost importance.

My passion has always been and still is to place people’s interests at heart and, ensuring customer satisfaction with excellent service delivery to meet the desired goals.
With many years working in the Public Sector, I truly know how to apply the “Batho Pele Principles” (Putting people first) and therefore I can apply these principles to all areas in life. My focus has always been on service delivery for both internal and external clients. This experience will assist me in finding common ground between the expectations of the seller and the requirements of the buyer.

I am privileged to be married to my beautiful wife, Elzette. She has been my soulmate and spiritual companion for many years.

I have joined Harcourts Capital as a candidate estate agent to fulfil my full potential and live out my passion of working with people like you and your biggest dreams by conducting all sales activities of your house with honesty, sound ethics and integrity.
