Property practitioner at Harcourts, originally Pretor Estates since 1 July 1992 and working with Irene Prinsloo Principal and co business owner since 94. From the onset, I learned a lot about real Estate, through seminars, conferences, various courses, plus our weekly sales meetings are a must. I have stayed with the same company because of the culture of integrity, continuous learning, love and passion for its people, our values and to have the friendly and capable assistance of our dedicated admin staff, so I can do what I love most, selling property! Moreover, it has become my family. From day one, I have bonded with a lot of my colleagues and staff members, past and present and this is why I remain with the same company.
Being one of Capital's top agents, I had many other Real Estate Agencies trying to hire me. For me, Harcourts Capital, is my home and my ongoing training in the real estate market, gives me the greatest satisfaction. We are well trained and updated every step of the way with each new property by- law. Sometimes is just too much to digest and learn, but with time, we get used to the progressive changes regarding the rights of the Buyers (Consumers) and the rights of the Sellers (Clients). I would like to think that I will still be able to carry on as a Professional Practitioner for at least another 10 years.
